Welche Arbeiten bietest du an? Illustrationen, Charakterdesign, Animationdesign, Comics, Infografik, Storyboards, Unterricht und Workshops im Bereich Comic und Erzählen mit Bildern.
Arbeitest du digital oder traditionell? Überwiegend digital, auf Wunsch auch traditionell oder kombiniert.
Nimmst du private und kommerzielle Aufträge an? Ja, beides ist möglich.
Wie entstehen die Preise? Je nach Projektart: Pauschale, Stunden- oder Tagessatz. Faktoren sind Stil, Aufwand, Deadline und Nutzungsrechte.
Was beeinflusst die Kosten? Komplexität, gewünschte Details, Anzahl der Korrekturen und Verwendungszweck.
Wie läuft ein Projekt ab? Briefing → Skizzen → Feedback→ Freigabe Skizze →Finalisierung → Feedback → Endabnahme → Lieferung.
Wie viele Korrekturrunden sind enthalten? In der Regel zwei Runden, weitere nach Absprache.
Wie lange dauert die Umsetzung? Von wenigen Tagen bis mehreren Wochen, abhängig vom Umfang und der Dauer der Feedbackschleifen.
Welche Dateiformate lieferst du? Illustration: Jpg/Tiff oder Vektordaten, je nach Absprache.
Kannst du Stile oder Charaktere nachzeichnen? Ja, stilorientiert – jedoch ohne Verletzung bestehender Urheberrechte.
Hilfst du auch bei Story oder Konzepten? Ja, Unterstützung bei Story und visueller Entwicklung ist möglich.
Welche Animationsarten bietest du an? 2D Animationsgrafiken (vektor- oder pixelbasiert) für Cut-out-Animation. Möglich sind ebenfalls sich aufbauende Strichzeichnungen die während des Zeichenprozess „aufgenommene“ werden und in z.B. Erklärfilmen zusammengeschnitten werden.
Animierst du selber? Nein, Meine Zeichnungen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit Motiondesigner*innen animiert.
Ist Sounddesign inklusive? Nein, ich verfüge über ein großes Netzwerk an Sounddesigner*innen, Musiker*innen, Programmier*innen …
Wie funktionieren die Nutzungsrechte? Im Preis enthalten ist die Nutzung für den vereinbarten Zweck. Erweiterte oder exklusive Rechte können dazugebucht werden. Die Nutzungsrechte werden nach den Richtlinien der Deutschen Illustratoren Organisation e.V. abgerechnet.
Gibst du offene Arbeitsdateien heraus? Bei Animationsgrafiken in der Regel ja, bei Illustrationen nur auf Anfrage und meist gegen Aufpreis.
FAQ – Frequently asked questions
What services do you offer? Illustrations, character design, animation design, comics, infographics, storyboards, lessons and workshops in the field of comics and storytelling with images.
Do you work digitally or traditionally? Mainly digitally, but also traditionally or a combination of both if desired.
Do you accept private and commercial commissions? Yes, both are possible.
How are prices determined? Depending on the type of project: flat rate, hourly or daily rate. Factors include style, effort, deadline, and rights of use.
What influences the cost? Complexity, desired details, number of corrections, and intended use.
How does a project work? Briefing → Sketches → Feedback → Sketch approval → Finalization → Feedback → Final acceptance → Delivery.
How many rounds of corrections are included? Usually two rounds, more by arrangement.
How long does the implementation take? From a few days to several weeks, depending on the scope and duration of the feedback loops.
What file formats do you deliver? Illustration: Jpg/Tiff or vector data, depending on agreement.
Can you trace styles or characters? Yes, style-oriented – but without infringing on existing copyrights.
Do you also help with stories or concepts? Yes, support with story and visual development is possible.
What types of animation do you offer? 2D animated graphics (vector or pixel-based) for cut-out animation. It is also possible to create line drawings that are “captured” during the drawing process and edited together in, for example, explanatory films.
Do you do the animation yourself? No, my drawings are animated in collaboration with motion designers.
Is sound design included? No, I have a large network of sound designers, musicians, programmers, etc.
How do the usage rights work? The price includes use for the agreed purpose. Extended or exclusive rights can be added. The usage rights are billed according to the guidelines of the German Illustrators Organization (Deutsche Illustratoren Organisation e.V.).
Do you release open work files? For animated graphics, usually yes; for illustrations, only on request and usually for an additional fee.
